To help you build a personal practice that feels meaningful and sustainable. My mission is to help you develop an intuitive practice that you look forward to and really enjoy! One that supports your growth both on the mat and in your everyday life.

Through my classes and retreats, I aim to guide you back to self-love, trust, and confidence. Whether you’re seeking strength, healing, stillness, or joy, I’m here to hold space for your unique journey with compassion and care. Together, we’ll nurture a mind-body connection that empowers you to live with greater ease, clarity, and authenticity.

My hope is that every class feels like a safe, welcoming community where you can simply be yourself without judgement, pressure, or expectation.

    CLASSES

    Weekly yoga classes are an invitation to keep your practice regular, return to yourself week after week, and be part of a warm, supportive community. Whether you’re flowing through movement or settling into stillness, you’ll be held in a safe, non-judgemental space where you can simply come as you are.

    RETREATS

    Retreats are a chance to step away from daily life, slow down, and reconnect more deeply with yourself. I host day and weekend retreats in beautiful locations, where you can connect with like-minded people, nourish your body, and immerse yourself in a truly memorable experience.

STYLES

  • Flowing, expressive movement that connects breath, body, and intuition. This energising practice is a chance to shake off the day, release tension, and feel alive in your skin.

  • Yin Yoga is a slow, grounding practice designed to help you soften, release, and reconnect with your body and mind. In each pose, we hold gently, allowing the nervous system to surrender into deep rest and letting tension melt away. This practice works with the meridian lines of Traditional Chinese Medicine, activating and releasing key pressure points to restore balance and flow. Yin Yoga is a gentle invitation to slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

  • Breathwork is woven throughout every class, guiding you to reconnect with your most vital energy, your breath. Using a variety of pranayama techniques, we can calm, energise, and balance the body, helping you come back to the present moment and reconnect with your life force. Each breath is an invitation to release tension, find clarity, and deepen your connection with yourself.

  • Yoga Nidra invites you to lie down, let go, and drift into a state between wakefulness and sleep where the body restores and the mind softens. Guided meditations gently lead you inward through breath, visualisation, and awareness. We will help you find clarity, calm, and a sense of grounding.
